Her work helps to improve quality of life through increased emotional awareness and personal growth.

Hayley is a mum of four children aged 19, 16, 14 and 11 and has worked with children and families for over twenty-eight years.  She is passionate about emotional empowerment; her motto is "Self-knowledge is a superpower."  She created EmotionMind Dynamic after her successful battle with depression and supporting her son to conquer his anxiety.
