Esta rutina consistirá en realizar ejercicios básicos de piernas como zancadas explosivas, sentadillas explosivas, nordin y una variante con el menor tiempo de descanso posible para poder estimular las piernas correctamente y hacerlas crecer.
We are going to repeat this set 3 times with a 30-second rest between series in order to reach the muscle hypertrophy range much faster, the repetitions that we would perform would be recommended to do 12-16 reps.
