HB 1455 Florida Could Mean the End of Medical Marijuana in Florida. The bill which just passed its first congressional committee yesterday, would limit THC in Florida smokable medical marijuana products to 10% + limit THC for pediatric patients to less than 1%. There’s a lot of confusion as to what this means, who it will affect and what we can do about it. Everyone who voted in favor of limiting THC yesterday was a Republican. Today we are calling on all conservatives to call your state reps and have your voice heard. Tell them this is medicine that your doctor says you need and who are politicians to say otherwise.
