While to some, the planning and forethought in these meetings may take away from the spontaneity of the moment at least in the background, Nate reminds you that impactful, positive takeaways from these meetings are not diminished by the planned music, or lighting or approach by Tony (including foul language), and everyone can come away feeling better about themselves, others, and gain focus and purpose.
