Whether you are just starting out in business or you have been going strong for a while, it’s important to make sure you have strong business foundations. To often I see amazing clients, who have amazing businesses but their framework has never been set up correctly.
Unfortunately this leads to anxiety, overwhelm and sometimes failing business.
I like to think of building your business, like building an actual business. You need a strong base for the building and then great structure to help keep the business growing tall and strong.
In this episode we are going to go through some of my basic steps to ensure no matter what stage you are at in your business, you have a healthy and strong framework to keep building on.
We cover off on –
* Start mapping out WHAT you want to achieve, WHY you want to achieve it and of course HOW you are going to achieve it.
* Ensure you have a strong systems framework – Banking, accounting, email marketing and even your social media presence are all apart of your strong framework.
* WHO is your ideal client an WHERE are your clients at? – This is a great one to review at any stage of your business. Things change so often in business and even with our own personal development. this means that our WHO and WHERE can change often. Always great to check in with this and make sure you are still showing up where you need too.
* Start connecting with the RIGHT people – If you are looking to grow your business in a certain area, then. you need to start connecting with people in that area. E.g. you want to start working with corporate businesses, then start connecting with the right people in those corporate offices.
These are just the basics…..And some o the most common steps I see my clients missing.
