I was put on to HBO's Barry recently and I must say that I felt Season 1 was the best of the series so far. The longer I watched the less I liked the show. While I can give the writers kudos for trying to move outside of popular formulas for this genre, I feel HBO's Barry falls short in a lot of areas that makes a show great and enjoyable.
