Our guest on this episode of the Healthy Conversations in Trucking Podcast is Randy Warnke. He’s been hauling cars in the US for over 18 years, starting before there was a commercial driver’s license (CDL) requirement.

Randy joins Dr. Huntley to share his journey over the road and a few of his experiences as well. Randy tells us how he and his wife worked together for several years, driving across the country. He talks about the good and bad aspects of that and shares insights into what his life is like now, telling us how he works typically works and how he gets home about every week.

Randy lets us in on what he loves most and least about the job, and discusses his biggest health challenges as an over the road truck driver. He also shares his best tips for addressing these challenges.
