One of the most difficult things to do in ministry is to follow the Biblical directive of church discipline. Some churches and leaders have led poorly through this and others have avoided it all together. In this podcast Larry and Drew talk about what it should look like from a loving and relationship perspective to encourage people to obedience in Jesus. Church discipline should never be punitive but restorative, and always done in love. Larry begins to share some of  the recent process his church has been walking through and how he has led in it.
