In this podcast Larry and Drew begin the first part of a discussion around "Leading Through Conflict". As church leaders we all face situations and seasons of conflict. They are never easy to navigate, but God has given us some direction in His word to lead us in how we respond, love and engage through conflict.

1. Think through the behavior the person needs to change - See the Problem and the solution.
2. Prayerfully decide how you can best get through to them.  - Criticism, depending on how it is delivered, can either be costly                                                   or priceless! - When done correctly --- both parties win!!!
3. Rehearse what you will say! - The choice of words is crucial!!!
4. Decide when it would be best to speak to the person!!! - Don’t rush but don’t wait!!
5. Decide where it would be best to speak to them! - As neutral as possible!
