HCP - Ep. 92 - The OTHER Pandemics

On this episode of the HCP Larry and Drew discuss what other issues have developed in our lives and in the church as a result of the Covid 19 Pandemic.  Ed Stetzer wrote an article in Outreach Magazine called The 6 Other Pandemics - this is where the content of this podcast comes from.

We talk about the Pandemic of:

 - Mental Illness  - so many are struggling with depression and other issues here.

• Distrust - Who do we trust - different governmental officials and scientists can’t agree on the “science”
• Division - Sadly our country and the church have become a place of great division.
• Defamation - It has become easy to create false narratives of people instead of reconcile.
• Disorientation - If anything we’re confused about what we should do or how we should live with so many changing voices and instructions. 
• Disruption - Our lives have SO been disrupted along with what we knew as the church.

The question is how will we respond as leaders and pastors to these very real issues we’ve been left with.
