On the corner of C and Olive, you’ll find this sign.  It says that you’ve arrived at Hesperia Community Church, which is also the home of Hesperia Christian School. Over 52 years ago, a group of families from Hesperia came together with a desire to educate their children from a Biblical perspective.  They realized that there were a limited number of options available at that time to accomplish the goal of providing a Christian education, so they decided to do something about it.  They approached the leadership of Hesperia Community Church, who after much prayer, agreed to begin a school as a ministry of the church.  Hesperia Christian School was born.  Today, HCS continues to pursue the same calling it began with years ago: providing a Christ-centered education to the people of the High Desert.

This week, we will break away from our series in Romans in order to highlight the ministry of HCS.  You'll hear from HCS Executive Administrator Matt Kephart and Pastor Tom Beasley regarding the future of our school ministry.
