Hans Box started his career at PWC in tax and strategy consulting for Fortune 500 companies.  He transitioned to real estate investing and has been directly involved in the acquisition, investment, and management of over $350MM in multifamily and self-storage assets, asset managed ~3,700 multifamily units and has been the GP in ~4,300 multifamily units and ~2,700 units of self-storage. On top of that, he is an active LP investor, having invested in 60+ different LP opportunities, spanning all asset classes.
