We're back with another parole hearing. Today, we’re looking at the case of Roger Lynn Alley, who’s up for parole in Louisiana. The things he did to his own daughter back in 2007 and 2008 are disturbing and vile. Yet, he was only sentenced to 15 years. Now, in August 2024, he’s up for parole. Will he get released early?
