Hi friends! In this week’s episode I chat about my emotions, convictions, and love felt from the Lord. From “toxic positivity” expectations brought by social media, to letting go of things we’ve held so tight, time and time again I’ve noticed God truly meets me where I am. He gives grace, love, and all the strength I’ve needed to get through times of trials.

It may not be the most up beat epi, but man does this make me excited about how much love we can give back to Him all the time, both in the highs and lows! ❤️
