Three of Jesus' closest allies failed him big time. Rather than supporting Jesus and being their for Jesus, we find that Judas betrayed Jesus, Thomas doubted Jesus, and Peter denied Him. After the resurrection, Jesus came to Thomas and Peter and he would have come to Judas also if he had not taken his life. He came with hope and life. That is what Jesus still does today. When we believe that we have blown it big time, He comes to restore and redeem us.
