KIDS WILL RATHER DO NOTHING THAN ANYTHING!! As parents we have to teach them that if we want to accomplush something we have to plan the steps to get there and execute them. We also need to teach them that a lot of the time it will NOT be easy and take some work. Sit down with your kids and have a few conversations about what it takes to reach the goals they set and get them to buy-in.
Are you the kind of parent that competes with their partner for your children's love? Parenting isn't a Good Cop/BadCop ordeal. You NEED to support your Co-parent. In this episode we tell you how you can turn into that competitive parent and how to be a supportive one instead.
As parents we can't get frustrated at our kids for asking for help. If we do, we're telling them that asking for help is an inconvenience. They won't ask for help again, will get frustrated when they can't figure a problem out, they'll blame you for it and more importantly you're creating someone that can't trust other people to help when they need to. That's a BIG problem!!
We've all seen THAT parent, the one yelling at their kid on the ball field? The one that is pushing their kids too hard. The one whose kid is cared of them. The one who thinks he's the one at the T-ball game?
This episode will tell you how NOT to be that parent.

Kids should not feel shame or like they are not worthy. They should not feel scared.
As parents our job is to teach our kids to own up to their mistakes, learn from them and grow from them.
In this episode we talk about how to make mistakes something to learn from.
