Liam Scott is the head of Equality, diversity and inclusion for Wales Rugby Union. As Head of EDI, his role is to set the WRU Group EDI Strategy for all areas of their game both on and off field.  He engage with internal and external stakeholders to develop the operational plan and coordinate delivery. 

Liam has two sons and his heritage is Welsh - Jamaican. His family members are making an impact in Wales, contributing to the food industry and the reggae music seen.
