College is definitely not the end all be all, but you learn so much about yourself and people when you are in college. Christina has had her "fair" share of experiences when it comes to friends, relationships, sororities, night life, and school. A rising Senior at the University of Alabama, she knows how tough navigating your life can be when so much is changing all at once. Here to be your big sister, Christina walk you through the top things to know before you attend your dream school.

Now, to the topic for today: Miss USA 2023 and Miss Teen USA 2023 have both resigned with only less than 3 months left of their reign. Not caught up! Listen in on this weeks episode where Christina talks about speculation, as well as the importance of a positive environment for pageant titleholders. Christina also shares some personal stories from early in college, and how it impacted her outlook and attitude on mental health.
Having kids is a HUGE deal, and shouldn't be taken lightly. Christina, being a professional over-thinker, thinks about her future 24/7. She definitely sees herself having a big family, and wants the best for her children's futures like any mother. Reflecting on her and her friends upbringing, Christina has learned a lot just from observation.
Christina is back, and ready to tackle life... again. Its been a tough year, and sometimes you can't seem to catch a break. Christina updates her listeners as she is finishing up her Junior year of college, and spilling the tea on some unfortunate, but teachable situations. She opens up about her family life and struggles as a 20 year old college student.
Christina is always thinking about the future, and in her future there is definitely family involved. Thinking ahead, while also in the past, she comes up with a HUGE list of what life-lessons and concepts she will want to leave to them. Christina goes over how grades in school can impact your life, how to redefine emotions and how to navigate them for younger kids, and even how meaningful it is to use the phrase "I'm sorry". This is the first part to a definite multiple-part series in which Christina walks us through all sorts of skills and morals she has learned from her life so far, and/or wishes she had more of when she was being raised.
Being a young adult is all about learning from your mistakes, and of course how to navigate through life and finding where you belong. In this week's episode, Christina talks about the draining reality negativity has on people's lives. She breaks down how it plays a role in relationships, friends, mindset, and more. Although the title is a little dramatic, it can definitely feel like it's taking a huge toll on you. The important message to take away from all of this, is that positivity not only can push you forward to your goals, but will have an overall better aspect on your life.
Doing anything with confidence is definitely easier said than done. Our host, Christina, takes us through her own journey with confidence, while sharing what works for her. She also compares some life lessons with confidence that she has learned along the way being at the ripe age of 19 years old. Jokes aside, any girl in this generation has a lot to say about personal image having grown up in this age of social media, beauty standards, and expectations.
