World Cup-winning France head coach Didier Deschamps has announced that he will step down from the French National Team after the 2026 World Cup ending what will be a 14-year run in charge. He lead the team to the 2018 World Cup Title and the 2022 World Cup Final after captaining France to the 1998 World Cup Title as a player. Zinedine Zidane is the heavy favorite to replace Deschamps.
