The folks from Seven Stills Brewery and Distillery came by the studio to school us on what it takes to be both a full-fledged brewery as well as a distillery. These guys are turning out some really amazing whiskeys that are distilled from the beer they make! Most people in the spirits industry are passionate about their work - they have to be, right? Lila, from La Alazana distillery in Argentina, is different. She has the passion, but it's not about her work per say - it's about the totality of the craft of distilling. Everything, from the type of grain used to how they are farmed, from smoking her own malts to designing their stills - Lila lives and breathes this stuff.
