In today's society our phones are simple mini-computers that can help us navigate and communicate anywhere in the world. The question is ...  have they become a "new" type of addiction for us? Have we become so addicted to our phones that they are now a new form of "silent drug"? Many therapists and addiction specialists feel this is the case.
