Hello, in this episode I am going to talk about a topic that is really important to me. Pain!

Most people are trying to get rid of pain, and I am fascinated by that. Pain is a signal that is fundamental for our survival, people with very high pain tolerance tend to injure themselves easily. As I don't want to spoil the entire episode here, I highly suggest you save the episode and listen to it when you have a chance.

In the episode, I talk briefly about myself, and who I help, and I tell a story about a client I had in Lima, Peru. I decided to share this as most of the people that come to me start with the intention of easing their pain, which is a great reason, but they all end up realising why they want that pain to stop.
