Lateral ankle sprain is one of the most common injuries one can suffer from. However, a lot of people who get sprains tend to nurse the swelling, take a lot of pain medications, and not move at all. These are the actions that you should stay away from. 
 
In this podcast, I will share my experience regarding a lateral ankle sprain and how I recovered quickly from it. I will also tell you how movement can actually help you a lot post spraining your ankle.
