In this episode of the Goddess Given Truth, I am so pleased to have my best friend Robyn Elizabeth as a guest to the show to talk about her 20+ years of body image and relationship challenges and how it's made her the coach she is today!We teach you how to address these relational challenges at the core root! Robyn Elizabeth is an Embodiment-based Women's life coach, Somatic Practitioner, Spiritual mentor, and Self-love maven, on a mission to end “not good enough” in this lifetime.ㅤ
She helps heart-centered women dissolve limitations, find liberation from worthiness wounds and build playful, purposeful, and fulfilling lives, what she calls…a F*ck-Yes life, by tending to the deepest roots of who they BE. With decades devoted to this work Robyn holds multiple coaching and practitioner certifications, notably in Neuro Coaching and Trauma Integration. And yet, she still credits her unofficial training (severe Body Dysmorphia, toxic relationships & breakups, financial "failures", and chronic people pleasing) as her greatest teachers in the courageous art of living authentically. She know firsthand how self-doubt and "Good Girl" conditioning can hijack our life and goals, especially in the areas of LOVE, RELATIONSHIPS, MONEY and IMPACT. Robyn’s signature 1:1 program, The Foundation, is based on her unique forward-focused and body-based coaching framework which approaches the Body as a Sacred Technology™. She helps clients access the bedrock of their belonging, empowerment, and wholeness, influencing how they view, co-create and flow with life in all areas - laying the groundwork for miraculous living. ㅤ
