This episode offers a gentle hypnotic induction designed to support self-acceptance and inner child healing. It’s an invitation to slow down, turn inward, and explore self-compassion through guided imagination and focused attention.
The session grew out of a simple but often overlooked realisation: forgiving oneself can be more challenging than forgiving others. This induction explores that terrain carefully — not by forcing forgiveness, but by creating space to soften self-judgement, release what no longer needs to be carried, and reconnect with a steadier sense of inner harmony.
Rather than telling you what to feel or discover, my words are intended to act as prompts — pointing toward insights that are already available to you. Because this is a one-way recording, it can’t respond to your personal context in the way a live hypnotherapy session would. Instead, the value of the experience comes from your own intention and willingness to engage with it.
You may choose to focus on self-forgiveness, reconnecting with your younger self, or simply allowing yourself a moment of kindness and reflection. Whatever direction feels appropriate, that intention will naturally shape the experience. If you return to this session more than once, you may notice that different ideas or feelings emerge — and that’s entirely expected.
This is not about fixing yourself or achieving a particular outcome. It’s about allowing space for reflection, imagination, and gentle recalibration — and seeing what becomes possible when resistance eases and curiosity takes its place.
⚠️ Important Listening Note
As with all hypnotic and deeply reflective recordings, please only listen when it is safe and appropriate to do so. You may wish to close your eyes and give the session your full attention. Do not listen while driving or operating machinery.
