Laura is an executive and life coach and seasoned learning and performance improvement consultant who uses a wholehearted approach to help her clients be their best selves in life and work. Laura has a Master’s degree in Health Education from the University of Maryland and has been a mindfulness meditation practitioner for over 30 years. As a Certified Dare to Lead™ and Daring Way™ Facilitator, Laura brings Brené Brown’s groundbreaking, research-based programs to retreat, small group, workshop or presentation settings. She also is the author of When I Lay My Hands on My Heart, a book of poetry and drawings—for therapists and other helping professionals working with trauma survivors—that chronicles how I used creativity as a tool for healing childhood trauma.
