In this episode, Jessica shares her personal journey with drug addiction, starting as a young girl dealing with changing friendships and family turmoil. The break up of her parents' marriage introduced her to drugs through her mother's new partner. Her addiction to meth stretched for 15 years, culminating in serving jail time, losing her children and a later relapse after initial recovery. Yet, despite the hardships, Jessica expresses her gratitude for the journey, crediting it for where she is today: a Program Director at Saving Grace Women's Home. Her experiences allow her to offer hope and encouragement to women in similar situations, demonstrating that change and redemption is always possible.
