We often believe healing is in a specific destination; however, we must let go of rushing the process to start our healing journey. When you realize your healing is your responsibility, you will stop outsourcing the process to others. When confronting unhealed wounds exercising grace and intentionality will help you pursue wholeness in your well-being.
