Healing is anything but linear. It’s a process and it asks us to sit with the uncomfortable. It teaches us to rest. It teaches us to listen—to our bodies, to listen to our hearts, and the quiet spaces, the silence, in between. Through the tears, the my writing, my journaling, the long talks with God, and the support of people who cares, I am starting to find a different kind of strength. One that doesn’t always roar. Sometimes, it simply whispers: “You’re still here. So keep going.” I am both humbled and inspired.
