Experiencing menstrual pain is a journey many of us navigate each month during our moon cycle, and I definitely have been there too. Today, I want to take you through an energetic practice and receive a channeled message within the Akashic Records that is intended to bring through healing, ease and comfort at this time. We start with creating a sacred physical space of comfort, embracing supportive elements like pillows, hot packs, and crystals or candles and then energetically tap into the ever-present nurturing energy of Mother Earth. The guides share a message about the trapped collective feminine rage we are feeling - a message so powerful that I was overwhelmed with tears and emotion. This energy has been trapped for so long in the wombs of women whose words and feelings have been left unspoken for so long. Allow yourself to feel as you feel these words and this energy move through you.
Our session ends with a collective hug as we receive and feel every person with with a physical or energetic uterus receiving this and sharing their unspoken words and allowing their sacred rage through.
