Having an unhealthy relationship with food is way more common than people may think. In this episode, I share what my journey has been like healing my relationship with food. I deep dive into where the foundation of this relationship started, when I became more conscious about how food affects the body, and what factors played a part in my overall state of mind as I navigated this journey. Self-love and mindfulness is key, and I hope that by sharing my story it'll help others on their own healing journey as well.
