Welcome to Begin by Beginning Episode 1! This one's called "Healing, New Year’s Eve and the restorative power of ugly dancing" (or Healing and Ugly Dancing for space). Initially these episodes will be the audio version of my blog posts with a bit of straying and expanding as I go.
