The disciples sent in twos by Jesus prayed and anointed people for healing and deliverance. Be guided  by the Holy Spirit in excersing your gift. Your spiritual leader will teach you what they know or won't teach what they don't like but it could be totally different from the Scriptures or what God is saying.
