Humans – yes, including Christians (caveat included in the sermon) – are BROKEN. It’s the reason we need a savior to save us from our sins. It’s also the reason why the New Testament is filled with pleas and warnings to live faithfully and rebukes when Christians weren’t. More importantly is how we, as the church, can be part of the healing process.
