Healing the father wound aka "daddy issues" is something that everyone can benefit from. It's not about how present your father was or not, its about your PERCEPTION of how your father felt about you growing up! It's about unpacking the pain of not getting the love you needed from your dad as a child that is causing issues with men as an adult. We unconsciously keep choosing situations we’re subconsciously hurting from in our childhood hoping the outcome will be different

Learn about how abandonment isn’t always physical. It's about feeling that your father choose work over you, feeling like you had to be a certain way to get his love.. etc. Those emotions create its own abandonment issues we have to work through to heal as adults. That until they get addressed leave many women picking guys they know it won’t workout with because deep down they know it won’t workout & that feels safe to them.
