As women we all have a little girl inside us. At some point she’s was bold, outspoken, bursting with personality and then she was broken. She was broken because she was misunderstood when she was younger. Her voice was muzzled, so she found comfort in food, music, sex, and the wrong circles that embraced her during that time. And no matter what she did, it was never good enough, always wrong, and you were forever being disqualified.

Perhaps parts of you are still that little girl, just in adult form. Maybe you are still misunderstood, confrontational, very vocal about your beliefs or perhaps you don’t vocalize at all. You just co-exist… You were not created to co-exist, you were created to thrive, flourish and empower others. Sis, let’s se that little girl free by healing together the little girl within.
