This book was written as a missionary tool for Sub-Sahara African peoples and its teachings in audio format have been proven to be exceptionally effective among them. It deals with healing wounds of the heart to help people recognize that bitterly judging others is the common problem of all of us, and so are its consequences in our lives.

The book contains an approach to come closer to God through forgiving our past enemies for what they did to us. In principle God needs to bring old wounds back to our memory, causing us to re-live the trauma of what happened, and that may be overwhelming.
