Healing Through Breathwork Explained

Breathwork is one of the only "natural" healing modalities I have ever come across. It utilizes the breath (our life force) to heal societal/familial conditioning, trauma and other Health, Mental and Emotional matters. It is a healing modality that not only can release trauma from the body but it can also alter our subconscious mind by creating new neural pathways; as when we breathe, we begin activating one of the nerves that is responsible for the creation of new beliefs, thoughts and behaviors.
