Pulitzer Prize-winning photojournalist Barbara Davidson could explores the healing power of photography. Davidson discovered this healing power when she started a new job at the LA Times following the death of her mother. While photographing a paralyzed woman who had been shot, Davidson found herself able to move past her grief and tell the woman's story. This experience led her to create a photo series about people who had been affected by gun violence in Los Angeles, which won her the Pulitzer Prize. Davidson also talks about her Emmy-winning documentary and her current project about seniors being evicted in Los Angeles.
