This is a new venture that I am embarking on and I am brining you along for this interesting and emotional ride. In this episode I share some of the things that have been coming up for me in meditation around healing in connection with my ancestors as well as with my personal history. I open up about what I am trying and I hope that you are able to find some pieces that spark some interest in your to either begin or deepen in your own healing practice.
