· Many studies show many positive benefits from meditation for different conditions, and there’s evidence that it may reduce blood pressure as well as symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome aiding in absorption of nutrients and flare-ups in people who have had ulcerative colitis. It may ease symptoms of anxiety and depression, insomnia, relaxes the nervous systems, releases

doubt and quiet the mind, release fears, lowers Bipolar, PTSD & ADHD symptoms.

Joshua 1:8 and it reads, “Keep this Book of the Law always on your lips; meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do everything written in it.”
