We all think we’re living a perfectly normal life until we change environments or get triggered by something we thought was dead and buried forever. Trauma usually surfaces when we least expect it, when we think we’re happy and fulfilled in our lives. It’s always good to stop and re-evaluate, to make sure we’re not ignoring the signs. This will help us evolve and grow into better people so we don’t traumatize other people and destroy the good things that we have going for ourselves.
