Hey there y'all! This week, I had a lot of big things happening! One of which, I was able to get myself back on track with my physical activity. In November of 2022, I made a choice to focus on other areas in my life and let my own fitness level decline. I will always say I am a very healthy person, but I quickly noticed changes in my body once I began to cut back on my workouts...and it was time to get back on track!
