Today we’re diving deep into our personal physical & mental health journeys, the progress we’ve made and the road ahead. It isn’t always easy to be vulnerable, but we have found such strength and solace in sharing our stories with you all, and connecting with a growing community of like minded women!

You are not alone, and in opening up we hope to provide you with a safe space to relate, learn and gain inspiration. Our journeys may all look a little different, but empowering each other to take control over the decisions we make is an important part of connecting with you.
