Health gain the primary purpose of weight loss. 

How do you achieve weight loss that results in health gain? By consuming nutrients from real foods and exercising.

Four Steps to Begin:

  1. Clean out your refrigerator and pantry.
  2. Schedule and plan for consistent exercise.
  3. Write - food journal, if you bite it, write it and journal your whys, your experiences, your emotions.
  4. Tell someone! Share with others what you are doing for accountability, to have a buddies and do so individually and/or in our Facebook CHAT GROUP.

Thin doesn't equal health. Excess weight on the body puts strains on organs, joints, bones, and more.
Focus on gaining health by consuming clean, real, whole foods with a Primarily Plant focus and the results will be weight loss.
