#107 2024 Health Goals Coming Unstuck? This will help

By the first week of January 25% of people have already given up on their New Years Goals AND by the end of January 44% of people have put their New Years Resolutions or Intentions in the "fuck it bucket", shoved it in the cupboard with the Christmas decorations to pull back out again next year.  Despite the depressing statistics above, the absolutely brilliant news is that you can reset your intentions ANY time - a Wednesday night, middle of the month, mid-poo (at least someone is reading this on the loo, surely?).  AND when you do, we want to make sure this time you're setting yourself up for success.
