Welcome back, y'all! Have you ever had that friend that you watch because you are so impressed with their change process? I have one of those! Maria was one of my star employees over the past few years and after having quite a health scare, she went on a journey to get her health back and in the process, build her confidence as well! Maria spent time with me this week talking about the scary details of her big health hurdles and how she is overcoming them, while getting her family on board so that they are all living a life they love!
