Personally, Tommy is from a small town in Arkansas called Osceola "Go Seminoles!". His hobbies are spending time with his family, shooting pool and traveling when able. He has been married for 11 years and has had the joy of bringing 3 energetic children in the world. Professionally, Tommy believes in leading as a servant leader and being firm but fair in disciplinarian tasks. In his career he has worked in many capacities from patient care assistant, housekeeping supervisor, admissions representative and earned his Bachelors of Science in Healthcare Management and Administration leading to him becoming a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator and now pursuing a Master of Business Administration.
