This Friday, 28 May 2021, the World will commemorate and recognise Menstrual Hygiene Day. In an exciting first-ever collaboration that aims to #BreakTheSilence to all young SA women on everything menstrual, Salome will be hosting a live virtual event with experts in menstruation and female health on Salome’s Facebook, YouTube and Instagram pages. The free live virtual session starts at 6:30pm on Friday and aims to openly discuss menstruation and what is normal and expected versus what is not, as well as busting common and cultural myths linked to menstruation.
