Kirsten is a mom, coach, and triathlete. Her areas of expertise are quite extensive, and she carries passion into everything that she does. Her bio below sums it up, and she’d be happy to help you find the answers to the same questions.
"FINALLY, after years and years and years (approximately 39 of them…maybe 36 as I believe up until now, the first 4 years of my life were my best) I am discovering WHO I am, WHAT I want, and HOW to get it.
The areas of my life I am most passionate about are fitness, food, finances, and fun, so those are the topics I want to use to connect with like-minded people who are searching to enhance their own lives in those specific areas."

Kevin is a retired mental health counselor, triathlete, stroke survivor, and inspiration for others. His journey to re-learn how to eat, walk, talk, and thrive compels us to do more than pay verbal homage to “being a healthy person,” but to take action to love and accept ourselves where we’re at, and to equip others to do the same. His foundation, Stroke Survivors CAN is helping fellow survivors to embrace new life.

George is the founder of TriAniamls and TriAnimal Endurance. He started in the sport of triathlon in 1989 and was lucky enough to win a lottery slot to Kona in 1993. After several more races, including St. Croix in 1996, an injury in 1996 forced him to give up triathlon until 2012. In an attempt to make up for lost time, George completed three Ironman races since his return where he once again realized his true passion for the sport of triathlon. He has completed all distances of triathlon from Sprint to 140.6, and has completed four stand-alone marathons.
